This shopping mall is using CS-Cart Solution, but some region in France is not registered in this solution.
So you can see an error message such as below.
Customers who got this message,
1) Click "change button" on the right section in Order status.
2) Uncheck "Use my billing address" on the right section in Order status.
3) Choose any one in State/Province list and press Continue.
4) After that write your real Shipping address on Costomer's Note
(Careful! Shipping area change is allowed only within Europe.)
If above process is too much complicated, you can use your Pay-Pal account cause we can send you an invoice.
After picking your items and putting into Shopping Cart, just ask your invoice to us.
